WHAT IS THE TIME FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES IN GANG OF KIDS?
In the case of online purchases, a natural person has 14 days to return / exchange or notify by e-mail to hello@gangofkids.pl about the intention to withdraw from the distance purchase contract from the moment of receiving the package with the purchases. After this declaration, the customer is obliged to return the goods within the next 14 calendar days.
HOW CAN I BEGIN THE RETURN OR EXCHANGE PROCESS?
Online shopping – fill in the return / exchange form and attach to the returned products along with the proof of purchase. Send the package to the following address:

In the event of an exchange, write to us at hello@gangofkids.pl to check the availability of the replacement product.
Please also note that we only exchange items of the same product model for a different color or size. If you want to exchange for a different product, please return the received order and then place a new one for the item you are interested in.
* Remember to keep the confirmation of postage, it will be useful in case of problems with the shipment. Please also use postage with delivery – store employees do not collect advised, individual parcels.
** We kindly ask you not to send returns to Parcel Lockers – we would like to inform you that we only accept direct courier parcels.
*** We recommend sending returns with traceable shipments. Until the package is delivered to us, the sender is responsible for it.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO WAIT?
It takes a maximum of 14 days for the refund to be made after the return shipment arrives at our warehouse. The form of the refund depends on the payment method selected when placing the order.
WHEN RETURNING PURCHASES, WILL I ALSO RECEIVE A RETURN FOR THE SHIPMENT?
In the event of withdrawal from purchases, the cost of returning the goods to us is on your side. We will reimburse you for the shipping cost (shipping from us to you) up to the cheapest shipping option available in the offer. (price of the cheapest shipping available in our store) = (refunded amount) If you choose a more expensive means of transport, you will not receive a refund of the difference between the value of the selected delivery and the cheapest method of transport. The cost of overseas shipping is not reimbursed.
